Feeling unseen? Passed over? Struggled to break through to partnership? Maybe forced to set up a solo because your last firm kept you under the ceiling? Are you an expert who is super productive, but struggles with origination? Good news, you don't have to be an origination monster. We have a program that ensures us a steady stream of clients. We just need the attorneys to engage/intake clients and do the work.

And, we are looking to add some partners to our firm.

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Attorneys to join our growing team and be Leaders in our busy practices. If you have Estate Planning, Trust and Estate administration, Elder law, Guardianship or Special Needs planning experience, we want to talk. If you have a practice in a tangential space, like Business, Real Estate or Tax we'd like to explore opportunities as well.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be a Leader in your practice area.

- Manage your team to deliver client solutions in an effective, efficient and timely way.

- Participate in engaging new business. We will provide the clients.

- Engage with the other Partners in the running of the firm. We want to hear your voice.

- Mentor and train less-seasoned attorneys and support staff, fostering a culture of learning, collegiality, and continued development within the firm.

- Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to ensure leading-edge solutions, compliance, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- J.D. (LL.M. a plus)

- Admission to the Maryland Bar (surrounding states a plus)

- Minimum of six years of experience in relevant law, with a proven track record of success

- Intelligent, conscientious, and emotionally stable as fits the work

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Strong critical thinking skills

- Be a Leader

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
