Candidates must be living in or within 10-15 miles of San Jose or Gilroy, CA or willing to relocate. Full relocation assistance is offered for this opportunity.

We’re currently prioritizing candidates with brick-and-mortar retail experience who are also located closer to California.

What You’ll Do

As a District Manager, you’ll:

• Lead, develop, and retain top talent to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align strategies and operations
• Manage rental rates, customer programs, and expense controls to optimize performance
• Conduct audits and analyze reports to drive improvements and ROI
• Develop and execute local strategies to turn around underperforming stores

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience (10+ stores) in retail, hospitality, restaurant, leasing, or related sectors. Brick-and-mortar retail businesses.
• Proven success leading teams and turning around underperforming markets
• Strong track record managing controllable expenses
• Demonstrated long-term commitment to past employers (3+ years average tenure)
• Passion for people development and customer satisfaction

Nice-to-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
