Investor Analyst Baltimore County (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office) $80,000 base + 15–25% bonus Are you looking to grow your career in financial services with a fast-growing firm that values precision, communication, and client service? We're partnering with a dynamic and expanding company seeking an Investor Analyst to join their Fund Operations team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting investor communication, onboarding, and fund administration processes — a role that sits at the intersection of client service and back-office operations. What You’ll Do: Serve as a day-to-day contact for over 6,000 investors Manage investor onboarding, contact verification, and portal uploads Maintain CRM databases and support document management processes Communicate directly with investors and respond to inquiries Collaborate cross-functionally on reporting and document approval workflows Ensure proper record-keeping and execution of client service protocols What We’re Looking For: ~0-2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Financial Services ~ Bachelor’s degree ~ Strong communication and organization skills ~ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information ~ Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (a plus) ~ Positive, team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn new systems Why Apply?
