 Position Purpose and Objectives

The Creative Design Lead is a creative and detail-oriented team member responsible for developing eye-catching visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in graphic design, branding, and digital media, with a strong ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling designs.

Essential Job Functions

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, presentations, and website visuals.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop visual concepts that enhance campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Create engaging infographics, animations, and other visual content for digital and print media.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to develop compelling campaigns.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and branding guidelines.
  • Create polished presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, composition, and typography.
  • Knowledge of brand consistency and how to apply brand guidelines across various media.
  • Understanding of how design impacts marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with print specifications, file preparation, and digital media requirements.
  • Awareness of current social media design trends and best practices for different platforms.
  • Knowledge of visual communication in advertising, including display ads, billboards, and promotional materials.
  • Work effectively with marketers, content creators, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Time management skills with ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail; ensuring high-quality design output with accurate specifications.
  • Creative problem-solving with the ability to develop innovative visual solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present and explain design choices.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years experience with:

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Digital Advertisement
  • Print Design
  • Canva
  • Microsoft PowerPoint Design
  • Motion Graphics
  • Typography
  • Digital Imaging and Illustration

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, or related fine arts field
