• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in an Agile environment
• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Strong skills in gathering requirements and writing user stories
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data
• Familiarity with UAT and basic testing processes
• Experience using tools like RTC/Rally or similar

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to sit in Hartford, CT at least 3 times a week while being remote the other day days. This person will be joining a team to support the Mental Health Clarity platform. This program is evolving rapidly, requiring a BA who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working with internal teams to gather requirements to help with a legacy systems and new feature developments to help towards a push to AI. This induvial will need to have experience in Agile environments and excels at gathering and documenting requirements. This role involves working closely with developers, participating in scrum ceremonies, and supporting UAT and basic testing efforts. The ideal candidate understands healthcare data and can use SQL to query. You’ll be expected to write clear user stories, collaborate during future PI planning, and contribute to continuous improvement in a SAFe Agile setting. While tool exposure is flexible, strong analytical thinking and communication skills are essential.
Compensation:
$37-46.50/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
