Architectural Designer
Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a graduate architect for a position as a Architectural Designer at Raymond Nicolas, an award-winning boutique interior design and architecture firm. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing design drawings for high-end new and remodels residential and commercial projects. Working directly with the firm's founder and the principal architect, you will be involved in the preparation of design drawings, encompassing both architectural and interior design elements. The job also includes the preparation of construction documents. Please note that this is not a remote position, and applicants must already reside in the Miami area.
Job Requirements:
- Architectural Degree
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop is required
- Design experience is required
