As an Accounting Administrator , you’ll provide administrative and basic accounting support , working with data entry, Excel reporting, and account reconciliation in a collaborative and professional environment.
What You’ll Do
✅ Perform data entry related to reconciling accounts
✅ Maintain data integrity and update Excel reports
✅ Prepare and review accounting documents, records, and files
✅ Assist in coding and posting transactions
✅ Research transaction discrepancies and compile data for reporting

✔ Entry-Level candidates (ideal for recent grads or those with 1–3 years of office experience)
✔ Basic to intermediate Excel skills (comfortable with data entry and formulas)
✔ Microsoft Office proficiency
✔ High attention to detail and analytical thinking
✔ Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
✔ Comfortable working with numbers and data
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
