We are currently seeking highly motivated marketing/sales minded individuals who pose outgoing personalities and that are financially motivated to work with guests inside Hilton branded hotels. We provide a concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations. This is not a desk job! You are actively engaging with guests inside our hotel partners. Qualified candidates must enjoy interacting with guests and an eagerness for upward mobility. Top pay (guaranteed wages plus an excellent bonus structure), excellent benefits, flexible schedule, and growth potential. Candidate must live in the Washington DC area, and ready to start as soon as possible.

 

  • Competitive earnings package with the income potential of $100K and above. Our top performers in 2024 averaged over $140K!! This is an hourly plus commission / bonus pay structure. Do not apply if you're looking for a heavy salary.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • At least one year hospitality and/or customer service experience
  • Customer service focused with a competitive mindset to achieve top level commissions.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • High School Diploma or GED
