Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Job Type: Permanent Full Time

Pay Range: $200 K – $250 K

About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive our technology and product strategy. In this role, you’ll partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to deliver programs with high impact and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end execution of technical programs across multiple teams.
• Translate business goals into scalable plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement in program delivery.
• Report on progress, blockers, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing technical programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to engage deeply with engineering teams.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum, project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence), and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Prior experience in tech-driven product companies or startups.
