🚀 We’re Hiring: School Engagement Manager (Massachusetts) 🤖📚

This position is open only to candidates residing in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Applications from other states will not be considered.

Your Mission:

As a School Engagement Manager , you will be the key point of contact for schools and districts in Massachusetts , helping them discover, adopt, and successfully implement robotics solutions in their classrooms. This role is a blend of sales, relationship management, and hands-on support , ensuring that schools not only purchase our technology but also see real educational impact from it.

✅ Introduce and expand educational robotics across school districts in Massachusetts (elementary, middle, and high schools).

✅ Work closely with educators to onboard and support schools, ensuring a smooth integration of robotics into their classrooms.

✅ Build strong relationships with school decision-makers and teachers, becoming a trusted advisor.

✅ Take ownership of your results with autonomy and self-discipline —you’ll be managing your own territory and schedule.

✅ Be rewarded for your impact —your compensation includes a variable based on sales and customer satisfaction .

Who You Are:

🔹 You have experience in sales (even if it wasn’t in education).

🔹 You understand and care about education and pedagogy —helping schools implement new tools excites you.

🔹 You are young, energetic, and passionate about innovation and learning.

🔹 You have strong digital skills to engage and communicate with schools.

🔹 You have a car and a valid driver’s license (travel across Massachusetts is required).

🔹 You have connections with schools or school districts —that’s a huge plus!

🔹 We prioritize ambition and attitude over years of experience—you’re hungry to learn and grow.

🔹 Spanish is a plus! Many of the schools we work with serve bilingual communities.

🔹 Bonus: You have experience in educational robotics or edtech.
