Position: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $60k to $65k/year (depending on experience)

Experience: 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Greene Resources is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries that require security services, including corporate offices, property management, manufacturing, logistics, construction sites, healthcare facilities, and more.
  • Generate qualified leads using platforms such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and social media to create email campaigns and other marketing materials.
  • Utilize market research, data mining, and prospecting tools to build a pipeline of target clients.

Lead Qualification & Nurturing

  • Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients based on specific industries and geographic locations.
  • Qualify leads by determining their need for security guard services.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, marketing campaigns, and tailored information about security solutions.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition into the sales process.
  • Provide valuable insights to refine sales strategies and marketing messaging for targeting key industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and participation in security industry events.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator.
  • Track and analyze lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and the performance of lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to management on lead generation progress and suggest areas for improvement.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of security service offerings, compliance requirements, and industry trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
