Job Description

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our client's team in Oregon on a part-time basis. This role provides essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate has a solid background in office administration and some experience with HR-related duties. Responsibilities

  • Support employee relations initiatives.
  • Create and publish job descriptions.
  • Prescreen potential candidates.
  • Assist with the open enrollment process.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance.
  • Update and maintain HR forms and documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduling and meetings.
  • Manage filing and organizational tasks.
  • Assist the Payroll Manager as needed.
  • Assist with additional HR duties as required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of related office experience, including 1 year of assisting in HR-related duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Navision and ADP is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Required Work Hours

Part-time schedule with flexible work hours as agreed upon with the supervisor.

Benefits

Competitive pay rate ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Details

The position requires a High School Diploma as the minimum education requirement.
