Fix-It 24/7 is a rapidly growing home services company dedicated to providing top-notch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. Our team in Golden, CO, is expanding, and we are committed to hiring and onboarding the best talent to support our growth. As we scale, we recognize the need for a dedicated HR & Onboarding Specialist to enhance our hiring processes, improve the candidate experience, and ensure seamless onboarding.

The Opportunity
The HR & Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in streamlining our hiring processes, improving candidate follow-ups, and enhancing our onboarding experience. This position will not only support our growing workforce but also relieve corporate employees, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.

This role will take over key HR and IT onboarding tasks to create a smoother and more efficient experience for new hires while supporting Fix-It 24/7's continued growth.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000-60,000 annual salary, based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding
    • Own and lead new employee onboarding sessions
    • Create and send onboarding packets to new hires within BambooHR
    • Handle IT onboarding tasks, including account creation and device assignments
  • Pre-Employment
    • Manage offer letters and pre-employment checks, including monitoring and follow-ups
    • Conduct pre-start calls to ensure new hires arrive prepared with the required documents
  • Recruiting
    • Assist with recruiting for select positions
    • Facilitate Walk-In Wednesday interview events
    • Ensure hiring managers provide timely feedback on interviews
    • Coordinate and conduct confirmation calls for on-site interviews
  • Human Resources
    • Serve as the first line of support for employees and managers with HR questions, escalating to the Director of HR as needed
    • Oversee offboarding, including device collection and exit interviews

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR, recruiting, or onboarding role
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
