Are you a dynamic hospitality leader ready to raise the bar on dining experiences? The Madison Club , a premier private club, is searching for a Dining Room Manager to lead, train, and inspire our talented dining team to deliver world-class service every single day.

About the Role:

As Dining Room Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our dining experience. From energizing team training to setting the gold standard for service, your leadership will ensure our members enjoy unforgettable moments every time they dine.

Your Impact:

• Lead & Elevate: Design and drive training programs that boost professionalism, teamwork, and flawless service.
• Own Operations: Oversee all aspects of dining room setup, staffing, and daily operations. Step in as Host, Server, Bartender, or Busser when needed—whatever it takes to keep service seamless.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Greet members with warmth, resolve issues proactively, and ensure every experience exceeds expectations.
• Set the Standard: Maintain impeccable standards of service, appearance, and cleanliness throughout our dining areas.
• Strategize for Success: Manage budgets, optimize labor costs, and implement revenue-boosting initiatives with creativity and precision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in food service, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead teams to exceptional performance.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in food and beverage preparation techniques.
