CLM Consultant

Full-time Hours

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of contract management processes and the ability to guide clients through the design, implementation, and optimization of CLM systems to streamline contract workflows.

As a CLM Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to evaluate their contract management needs, configure and deploy Ironclad, provide training, and continuously improve contract processes.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

• Work closely with clients to understand their CLM needs, business requirements, and current contract processes.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for contract lifecycle management, ensuring that client requirements align with Ironclad capabilities.
• Conduct assessments of clients' existing contract management systems and recommend improvements or migrations to Ironclad.

Platform Implementation:

• Lead the implementation of CLM platform from start to finish, including project scoping, configuration, data migration, and system integration.
• Develop and execute a project plan to ensure successful deployment in line with client timelines.
• Configure and customize to meet client-specific needs (workflow automation, contract templates, approval processes, etc.).

Training and Support:

• Provide end-user training and support on the Ironclad platform to ensure smooth adoption.
• Develop user manuals, documentation, and training materials for clients.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide ongoing support post-implementation for troubleshooting, optimization, and system updates.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze clients' contract management processes and recommend areas for improvement.
• Assist clients in automating and optimizing contract workflows using Ironclad's features, such as AI-powered contract review, electronic signatures, and automated approvals.
• Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and recommend improvements to maximize the efficiency and value of the Ironclad platform.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Ironclad features and enhancements and share relevant updates with clients.
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve system configurations and processes.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), ideally with Ironclad or other CLM platforms (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Icertis).
• Proven experience in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of CLM systems.
• Strong understanding of legal processes, contract workflows, and associated business needs.

Project Management:

• Experience leading client-facing projects with a focus on contract management and process optimization.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with legal and contract management teams.
• Certification in Ironclad CLM or other related platforms.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance standards related to contract management (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
