As the Chief of Staff of this dynamic start-up organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving Kimber Health's rapid expansion. Working closely with the CEO, you will assist in overseeing innovative operations, marketing strategies, and promotional efforts while fostering internal communication and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist the CEO in executing business initiatives related to marketing, business development, and operations.
  • Support executives in decision-making, program management, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and managing communications.
  • Foster relationships with employees to enhance efficiency and responsiveness in existing operations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executives on special projects to propel growth.
  • Provide support on various ongoing projects as needed.
  • Review promotional materials and articles for clarity, design, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Trend-leading mindset with a focus on "making things happen." Familiarity with start-up challenges and the ability to handle uncertainties.
  • Highly adaptable, hands-on multitasker with a track record of success in fast-paced environments.
  • Versatile and dedicated to driving efficient productivity.
  • Proven ability to organize and lead multiple teams in start-up operations.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in business development, marketing, and operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in a third language is preferred.
  • Experience in the international student market is preferred.
