Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join their client's dynamic team in Minnesota. Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Updating customer records in the system accurately and promptly.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
• Providing feedback to improve customer service processes.
• Managing multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with basic software applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift.
