We’re expanding our team and seeking a motivated and experienced  Business Development Representative to join us in driving our growth and success.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, your primary role will be to sell our security guard services to potential customers. You will work closely with our sales team to set appointments, Our sales team will first contact the lead and Business Development Rep will then set the Appointment! You will attend meetings across Southern California, and close the deals. This is an  onsite position based at our corporate office in Canoga Park, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and set appointments.
• Set Appointments! Our sales team will first contact the lead and Business Development Rep will then set the Appointment!
• Attend appointments in Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, and San Diego.
• Present Onguard Security’s services to clients and negotiate contracts.
• Close deals and meet sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $21.00 - $23.50 per hour, based on experience.
• Commission: One-time commission on all closed contracts.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (experience in the security industry is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our business processes.
• Ability to travel locally for client appointments in Southern California.
• Must be able to work onsite at our Canoga Park corporate office.
