Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Maintaining a filing system and ensuring data accuracy.
• Handling multiple phone lines and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinating meetings and appointments, and managing travel itineraries.
• Ordering office supplies and ensuring that office supplies are stocked.
• Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, First Shift.

Additional Details

Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour
